Job Details: Job Title: Business Analyst-III Location: 100% Remote Duration: 06+ Months Job Description:
- Supports the gift card business at Client , responsible for tracking and reconciling invoices related to gift card marketing activity.
- Sets up new tests and campaigns to prove out business concepts before we build and launch them.
- Analyze support inbounds related to gift cards and identify / solve for top problem drivers leading to customer complaints for the business.
- Work cross-functionally across the New Verticals Organization and broader Client .
- Must be fluent in Microsoft office products or google productivity suites, specifically sheets and docs.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Associate’s degree OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Fluent in spreadsheets
- Has experience working in finance or financial models
- Experience building budget trackers
- Past background in tech a plus SQL experience a plus
