Area Manager - 2nd Shift
Be part of the Innovation Center Manufacturing team as an Area Manager (2nd Shift), producing high-performance tires for Goodyear Racing. In this role, you will lead 25–30 production associates in a unionized environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. What You Will Do
Lead day-to-day operations for the 2nd shift Monitor performance and ensure production targets are met Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Operations) Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #LI-SN1 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
