Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-CCDS, CCS, CDIP.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of recent experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) is required.
- Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications: CCDS (Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist), CDIP (Clinical Documentation Improvement Practitioner), or CCS (Certified Coding Specialist).
- Educational background should include one of the following: Nursing (BSN or MSN), MD, Foreign Medical Graduate, or an allied health degree.
- CCS, CCDS or CDIP Certification
- Clinical Documentation Improvement.
