Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Part-time Data Entry Operator to join our team in Ohio. As a Data Entry Operator, you'll play a critical role in processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. You'll also be responsible for other duties as assigned, working collaboratively with our team to support and develop the very best systems and product lines in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Process child support payments in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy to interact with clients and colleagues
  • Collect, research, organize, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Work as a team member, but also independently at times with limited direction
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Maintain flexibility and/or the ability to work overtime as needed to meet stringent schedules and timelines

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • At least one year prior experience in data entry or a related field (equivalent combination of education and experience considered)
  • Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with the SDU system or similar data entry systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
