Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – AI Model Development and Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI models that drive business growth and improve visitor experiences

• Work with data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI models that meet business requirements
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and data science

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and AI development

• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), quality assurance (QA) cycles, and agile methodologies
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization

• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
• Experience with data representation and data validation tools such as Splunk, Plotly, or Tableau
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis

Education:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (desired)
