Your Role:

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support and consultation to our parent-clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed quickly, fostering positive and long-lasting relationships that build trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the go-to resource for parent-clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions

  • Foster positive relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that meets their needs
  • Address parent questions or concerns, ensuring effective and timely resolution
  • Serve as the primary contact for potential customers, providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

* Previous customer service or customer-facing experience is highly desired

  • Passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on within a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, attentive, and customer-centric approach
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a similar role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in WeChat, email, and phone communication
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the education technology industry

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong knowledge of customer success principles and practices
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
