Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Helping prospective and current customers with purchasing and scheduling our full-service pest control services
  • Contacting customers to check satisfaction and invite them to review our services
  • Handling customer payments, including support for A/R and Collections
  • Providing friendly, assertive, and professional service to customers over the phone
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in our systems
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of phone-based customer service experience in a home services company (e.g., pest control, lawn care, HVAC, insulation, carpet cleaning, handyman, electrical, or any other related industry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Friendly assertiveness and a steady demeanor, with the ability to handle challenging customer situations
  • Experience applying customer payments, including support for A/R and Collections
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Knowledge of pest control services and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework or a degree in a related field

Compensation and Benefits
