Job Summary
As a Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Examination Group in driving account-level knowledge and informing business decisions. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets. Your expertise in data analysis, research, and presentation will help drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect data from various sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets
- Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
- Design and implement data analysis and reporting processes to support business decisions
- Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage projects
- Participate in special projects and data analysis requests as needed
- Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data analysis, computer science)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
