Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, modify, and optimize detailed AutoCAD drawings for a variety of projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and deliver precise technical documentation.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering sketches, notes, and specifications to produce accurate CAD outputs.
  • Maintain version control and ensure all drawings adhere to project standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify and resolve potential design conflicts or discrepancies efficiently.
  • Participate in project reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Document processes and update relevant stakeholders via clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, with a portfolio demonstrating complex drafting and design work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity within a remote work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Solid understanding of architectural and engineering terminology and standards.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams and adapting to dynamic project needs.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in related CAD software or 3D modeling tools.
  • Background in architectural, civil, or engineering disciplines.
  • Previous experience in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.
