Responsibilities
As a part-time remote chat specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications

Shifts and Availability
We're looking for individuals who can commit to working five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday. Our shifts are available in the day, evening, and night, and we're open to discussing flexible scheduling arrangements.

Location and Work Arrangements
This is a remote opportunity, and you must reside in one of the states listed above. You'll be working from home, using your own computer and equipment, and will be required to attend remote training sessions via Zoom.
