Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle payroll for both salaried and hourly employees.
- Oversee multi-state payroll processing and compliance.
- Prepare and file 941s and support payroll tax reporting requirements.
- Handle payroll-related taxes, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Set up and maintain payroll vendors and support relationships with third-party providers.
- Administer and report fringe benefits accurately.
- Ensure payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and support internal teams as needed.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong background in multi-state payroll, taxes, and compliance. Based on general knowledge.
- Experience with 941 filings, payroll reporting, and reconciliations. Based on general knowledge.
- Knowledge of vendor setup and payroll systems administration. Based on general knowledge.
- Familiarity with fringe benefits taxation and reporting. Based on general knowledge.
- Experience processing payroll for both salary and hourly employees. Based on general knowledge.
