Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a short-term contract/temporary basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data. You'll be responsible for reviewing finalized work, classifying information, inspecting reports, and verifying data. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
• Classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
• Inspecting reports and sheets of data to ensure accuracy and quality
• Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
• Searching for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
• Searching the internet for information to support data entry tasks
• Preserving detailed records of tasks, files, and progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
• Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

• Intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of customer relationship management systems
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Certification in data entry or a related field
