Position Overview
As a Customer Relations Representative, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing them with accurate and friendly service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Collaborating with the arenaflex Agent team to promote arenaflex products and services.
