The Team

Our PRT Service Center team is a dynamic and customer-focused group that values strong communication skills, a passion for learning, leadership traits, resilience, and self-awareness. As a Call Center Specialist, you'll join a team of experts in Institutional Solution products, emphasizing problem-solving and adherence to policies and procedures. We're committed to creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and success.

The Impact

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization and our customers' lives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport with each customer, asking probing questions, and understanding how to create a best-in-class experience and resolve customer requests on first contact
  • Educating customers about the services arenaflex provides for their retirement needs
  • Applying knowledge to handle many problems independently while seeking guidance in highly complex situations
  • Becoming an internal stakeholder in the future of our organization by making suggestions and participating in the process of continually improving the way we handle customer service

The Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or GED)
  • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience in any industry, with a high degree of direct customer contact
  • 1+ year(s) of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work anytime between the hours of 8AM - 8PM EST, Monday-Friday

The Ideal Qualifications

While the minimum qualifications are a great starting point, we're looking for candidates who possess the following ideal qualifications:

  • College Degree
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Previous experience working with financial products
