Key Responsibilities
As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ticket Agent: Greet and assist customers with the ticketing and baggage check-in process, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all.
- Gate Agent: Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, using computers to manage seat availability, gate announcements, and flight status.
- Safety Conscious Behaviors: Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others.
- Baggage Handling: Tag and handle baggage, performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts.
- Operational Support: Assist with operational tasks, such as operating jet ways, placing them in position prior to aircraft arrival, and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
