Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor/Customer Service Professional to join our team! As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, providing exceptional guest service, guidance, and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided. You will also be responsible for assigning and instructing team members in details of work, monitoring lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly, resolving customer complaints, training, supervising, scheduling, and assisting in evaluating staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring seamless and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, guidance, and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
  • Assign and instruct team members in details of work, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet guest demands.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train, supervise, schedule, and assist in evaluating staff, ensuring they meet arenaflex's high standards of quality and service.
