Job Summary

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, verifying and validating existing data using MS Excel, and adhering to strict confidentiality protocols. If you're a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter data into the company's database, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Verify and validate existing data using MS Excel, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality protocols as a remote data entry assistant, handling sensitive information with discretion and care.
  • Develop and maintain strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on data entry progress.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist, with a strong background in data entry and management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive, high-energy attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
