Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, uncover new opportunities, and enhance our content portfolio. You'll work closely with our content team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced investigation methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-layered data to drive business decisions
• Investigate customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance content commitment and customer engagement
• Test and refine marketing methodologies to improve customer engagement and retention
• Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth and customer engagement
• Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Requirements:

• Four-year college degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in data visualization and data storytelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to tackle complex problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience working in the entertainment industry or a related field
• Strong passion for media and entertainment
