SEA/SEM Specialist for AI Headshots

We’re looking for an experienced SEA / SEM specialist to help scale paid acquisition for our AI headshot platform. We’re especially interested in candidates who have previously worked with AI headshot generators, AI photography products, AI image generation tools, or closely related competitors in this space. This role is focused on strategy, campaign execution, optimization, and scaling profitable paid acquisition channels. What We Need We’re looking for someone who can: - Build and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns - Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates - Conduct keyword and competitor research - Create and test landing page and ad variations - Scale campaigns while maintaining profitability - Analyze performance data and continuously improve results Ideal Experience: - Direct experience running paid acquisition campaigns for AI headshot, AI image generation, or adjacent AI consumer products - Strong understanding of high-intent search campaigns - Experience competing in crowded or fast-moving markets - Ability to work independently and make strategic recommendations To Apply Please include the following: - Examples of AI/SaaS or AI image generation companies you’ve worked with - Specific paid acquisition or SEM strategies you used - Results you achieved (ROAS, CAC improvements, conversion growth, scaling spend, etc.) - Whether you’ve worked with any AI headshot, AI photography, or related competitors in this space We care much more about demonstrated results and strategic thinking than certifications.
