Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering process. We'll equip you to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
