Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the face of our company, and your expertise will help customers navigate our website and online ordering process. If you're passionate about customer service, have a strong work ethic, and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Work Environment

Compensation
* Pay from $23 to $28 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential!
- Overtime pay available for eligible employees
