The Role

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be the primary point of contact for Card Members, providing a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every need is met and exceeded
  • Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Partnering with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of Card Members, ensuring a high-quality experience in the lounge

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every Card Member feels valued and appreciated

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, enabling you to provide tailored recommendations and solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the latest information and insights
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering extraordinary service

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues
  • Problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions for customer issues and concerns
  • Ability to work as part of a cohesive team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred, but not required

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience in travel consultation or concierge services, with a deep understanding of the travel industry and its nuances

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, enabling you to provide tailored recommendations and solutions
  • Familiarity with the Atlanta Airport and its amenities, with a deep understanding of the local area and its attractions
