Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. Develop and optimize automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies. Build AI-driven workflows leveraging Agentic AI concepts, AI models, and modern automation frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to identify automation opportunities, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, or Automation Engineering roles. Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate. Experience developing scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages. Solid understanding of Agentic AI and AI-driven automation solutions. Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into automation workflows. Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, design patterns, and best practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with UiPath AI Center, Microsoft AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI integrations. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms. Knowledge of APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Relevant certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure technologies.
