About the Role: The Reliability and Cost Analyst will support SpiderSilk’s operational intelligence function to ensure robust platform reliability, efficient infrastructure, and actionable financial visibility. The role interfaces with DevOps, Engineering, and Finance, and focuses on monitoring system performance, cost management, and the translation of technical metrics into business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure and Reliability Own and track infrastructure reliability metrics (uptime, data integrity, alerting accuracy). Build and maintain monitoring frameworks and dashboards to detect and report on system performance and incidents. Conduct incident analysis, lead post-incident reviews, and collaborate with technical teams on continuous improvement. Ensure systems meet defined SLAs and performance benchmarks. Cost Control and Financial Performance Monitor and analyze infrastructure spending (COGS), explaining fluctuations and identifying cost drivers. Design, build, and operate dashboards linking cost and performance, delivering ongoing financial insight. Work with Finance and DevOps to ensure cost efficiency and traceability of infrastructure usage. Enable real-time visibility into margins at customer and product levels and support proactive operational decisions. Strategic Alignment Develop and maintain KPIs that integrate technical performance and financial outcomes. Deliver margin and risk insights regularly to executive leadership. Facilitate cross-functional reviews to ensure reliability and efficiency findings inform operational planning. Apply To This Job
