Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Work From Home Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality assistance and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. As a Work From Home Customer Care Representative, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, assist with reservations, and provide information regarding flight schedules and policies.

Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Availability to work under 4 hours per day
