Want to make a big difference? We encourage you to apply! Solutions / Sales Engineer -Northeast About the role: As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be a core member of Salt Security’s continued success. You’ll partner with members of the Sales Team to drive all technical aspects of the sales process. This role is a unique opportunity to introduce a truly innovative solution to organizations that are in need of a new approach to securing their APIs. What you’ll do: Deliver product presentations and demonstrations that illustrate how Salt's API security solution addresses the critical business issues that a prospect faces Develop a strong working relationship with the customer's technical staff and earn their trust & credibility through your deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise Deliver strong "proof-of-value" engagements that demonstrate business value and technical benefits Work closely with the Account Executives to align the technical requirements and the solution with the customer's business drivers to demonstrate our unique value Coordinate and deliver RFP/I/Q responses and technical architecture solutions What you should have: 5 years of Presales experience selling security solutions Understanding of APIs, API Gateways, microservices and cloud-native technologies Hands-on experience with a broad set of technologies including, but not limited to, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and Load Balancers Technical curiosity, including the willingness to learn new technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel within your region as required Apply To This Job
