Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their issues and inquiries. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, managing customer data, and providing product and service information to customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude

  • Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
  • Research and verify information provided by customers utilizing online resources
  • Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with product and service information as needed
  • Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities

Essential Qualifications

* Professional work ethic

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
  • Active listening with the ability to resolve customer issues
  • Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
  • Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
  • Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
  • Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
  • Quiet work space
  • High-speed internet
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus but not required (Spanish or French)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience

  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
