About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing customers, taking their orders, and entering them into our system. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Make phone calls to take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service * Enter customer orders into our system with accuracy and attention to detail * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner * Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals * Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed and accurate responses to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers * Proficient data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a positive attitude and energy * Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment * Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices * Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
