Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and accurately capturing customer information. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer service calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Capturing customer information, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate data entry
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer complaints
  • Working closely with the customer service manager to ensure seamless customer service operations
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and data entry, adhering to company standards and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed customer support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
