Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Associate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Schedule and Work Environment

As a remote Associate Customer Service Representative, you will work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with hours from 10:30am-7:00pm Eastern Time (7:30am-4:00pm Pacific Time). While we value flexibility and work-life balance, we do require overtime as needed to ensure exceptional customer service. You will work from the comfort of your own home, with access to our state-of-the-art technology and tools to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
  • Following standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, in accordance with arenaflex specifications
  • Understanding, interpreting, and explaining detailed information on processes and procedures
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities and projects, and assisting with additional team or organizational initiatives as required
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
  • Providing support beyond standard hours as needed, if call volume and/or workload require additional time

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong desire to provide best-in-class customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree a plus
  • At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in your success as an Associate Customer Service Representative:

  • Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field

Compensation and Benefits

As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy a competitive salary, with a starting rate of $17.23-$27.74 per hour, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits. Your individual pay will be based on your skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
