Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls and live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Addressing customer concerns and providing accurate information on our services and resources
  • Researching and resolving customer inquiries, documenting interactions, and escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Communicating effectively with customers, empathizing with their needs, and providing personalized support
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity, accuracy, and quality in your work
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 25 WPM)
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in multiple software programs
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Successful completion of a background check

Preferred Qualifications
