Requirements

* Fluency in English (both written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required (we're happy to train the right candidate)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications
