The Role

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative - Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with website visitors through online chat, providing outstanding customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and your primary mode of communication will be through online messaging tools like Facebook Messenger.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages for various businesses, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries

  • Utilize copy and paste functions within chat programs to efficiently manage multiple conversations
  • Offer sales links, discounts, and other relevant information to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to our team

Requirements:

* Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Basic English writing skills and ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and reliable internet connectivity
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (optional)
