What’s the role about? We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to cultivate an empowered and inclusive workplace culture, aligning with our organizational values and objectives. This vital role encompasses attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, implementing innovative HR practices, and acting as a strategic partner to both employees and management. • Here’s what you’d be up to:
• Lead the recruitment process to ensure a steady pipeline of high-caliber candidates, conducting a significant number of interviews weekly to meet the staffing needs of open positions.
• Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated and productive in a timely manner.
• Facilitate ongoing learning and development opportunities, ensuring team members are achieving their professional growth and development objectives.
• Oversee performance management processes, including regular feedback, performance appraisals, and the implementation of performance-based compensation to align with organizational goals.
• Cultivate and maintain a positive organizational culture, identifying and addressing any gaps, and implementing initiatives that reinforce core values, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall workplace satisfaction.
