Senior Director of Payroll Location: Owings Mills, MD (Hybrid) Compensation: $140,000+ base salary + 10% bonus potential We are partnering with a highly-reputable, privately-held company in Owings Mills, MD to hire a Senior Director of Payroll to lead and elevate their payroll function. The Opportunity The Senior Director of Payroll will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement while leading a talented payroll team of 5 individuals.
