We enable a future-ready workforce that drives agility, trust, and speed across the ETS organization. The Director, Tech Workforce Strategy serves as a trusted advisor to the CIO and SLT. This role leads the design and execution of enterprise workforce strategies and operates at the intersection of strategy, talent, and operations.
