Job Summary As a District Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing commercial sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and managing your team to exceed sales targets while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the district to accommodate corporate goals. Conduct regular sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance assessments for the team. Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement. Personally engage with key customers and prospects to build strong relationships and assist in closing strategic deals. Ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce) and adheres to all sales processes. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of technology or software sales experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a people management or sales leadership role. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, both as an individual contributor and as a leader. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop a sales team.
