We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) / Architect with a proven record of owning and delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions on mixed prem and cloud environments. This is a hands-on architecture and delivery role requiring deep expertise across data warehousing, and business intelligence domains with clear evidence of end-to-end ownership from design through production and adoption. The successful candidate for this role is someone who has prior proven experience delivering Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions end-to-end and is accountable for performance, scalability, and business impact. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance analytics platforms, while partnering with senior stakeholders and leading delivery teams. \n Responsibilities: Architecture & Solution Design Architect & Design end-to-end EDW and BI solutions Design and implement scalable dimensional data models (star schemas, fact/dimension design, conformed dimensions) End-to-End Delivery Ownership Own full lifecycle delivery: requirements → design → build → deploy → adoption → optimization & support Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across EDW and BI platforms Drive cloud deployment and production readiness of analytics solutions Take accountability for solution outcomes, adoption, and continuous improvement Data Engineering & Integration Translate business requirements into scalable data analytics solutions Design and oversee scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) supporting enterprise analytics Lead development of data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment processes Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks Integrate analytics data ingested across high-volume, multi-source environments (APIs, relational systems, SaaS, flat files, JSON/XML) and make it available for various data consumers Integrate and enhance large scale BI solutions both on prem and in the cloud Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate architecture and technical design sessions Act as a trusted advisor bridging business strategy and technical delivery Lead and mentor BI developers, data engineers, and analysts Governance & Best Practices Establish and enforce data governance, data stewardship, security, and reporting standards Define best practices across: Data modeling Data engineering pipelines Visualization standards Performance optimization Deliver scalable, reusable, and enterprise-aligned solutions Must Haves: Must-Have Requirements 15+ years in data architecture, or data engineering roles Proven experience owning and delivering enterprise EDW/BI solutions end-to-end Demonstrated accountability for full lifecycle delivery (design, build, deploy, optimize, adoption) Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS GLue and Amazon Redshift Deep expertise in dimensional modeling (star schema, fact/dimension design) Strong hands-on SQL and data modeling expertise using Microsoft SQL Server Experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data platforms using current ETL tools Proven Experience working with complex, high-volume, multi-source data environments Prior experience implementing or integrating BI solutions ideally using Tableau Experience deploying solutions in cloud environments (nice to have AWS, or Azure) Proven leadership experience mentoring teams and engaging senior stakeholders Nice to Haves: Nice To Have Requirements Experience using SSIS, DataStage, Informatica, etc Tableau or PowerBI experience Experience integrating Salesforce data into EDW/ BI ecosystems Prior experience working in FinTech verticals Prior experience building operational BI solutions Prior application development experience ideally using either Java or .Net C#, Python What is it like working for 3Pillar Global?
