Your Mission

As a Customer Support Associate, your mission is to provide exceptional support to our partners and their caregivers, resolving any issues they may encounter with our platform. You'll be the voice of our customers internally at arenaflex, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement. Your ability to build trust, provide proactive support, and deliver long-term value will be instrumental in driving customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide support across live chat, email, and phone channels, with a human and personal approach

  • Investigate, triage, escalate, and resolve any issues raised by care managers and care professionals
  • Develop deep product knowledge and confidently support partners with their queries
  • Gather feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to drive customer satisfaction and retention

Essential Qualifications

* Brilliant written and verbal English communication skills

  • Experience working in Customer Support, ideally supporting a technical software platform/package
  • Experience using Live Chat support systems and comfortable giving email and telephone-based support
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, but also know when to ask for advice or support from others
  • Proactive approach to issue resolution, with a focus on delivering long-term value to customers
  • Good understanding of, and interest in, technology
  • Experience working with multiple and sometimes complex systems, with a willingness to learn new skills quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a start-up environment, with a fast-paced and agile approach

  • Familiarity with home care and healthcare technology
  • Experience working with care agencies and caregivers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
