Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer and driver calls, handling chats, and fulfilling their requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Updating customers on their order status and managing their expectations to ensure a smooth experience
  • Monitoring fulfillment and helping customers find a vehicle if they've been waiting for a while
  • Managing corporate users and their requests, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently
  • Resolving user conflicts and performance issues related to drivers, providing a fair and empathetic approach to every situation
  • Motivating your peers and being a role model to others, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
  • Working a rotating shift schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of F.5 or HKDSE graduation or above
  • 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Assertive communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player and responsible attitude
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Basic knowledge of mobile and web technologies
  • Proficient in Chinese and English typing
