We’re currently hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are skilled at starting conversations, identifying opportunities, and building strong pipelines for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on activity, consistency, and hitting daily targets. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, and messaging
  • Engage inbound leads and qualify opportunities
  • Book meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Track all activity and pipeline updates in CRM systems
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets

Compensation

  • On-Target Earnings: $90,000+ annually
  • Base + performance incentives
  • Uncapped earning potential based on results

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting preferred
  • Strong communication and confidence on calls
  • High level of consistency and discipline
  • Comfortable handling rejection and staying persistent
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
