Key Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Selling insurance products and services to clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve sales and customer service strategies
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality results

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in insurance sales and customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools and technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in insurance sales and customer service

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Certification in insurance sales or customer service (e.g. CPCU, CIC)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
  • Experience working with CRM software and other relevant tools and technologies
