We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Scheduling Department, working remotely in an overnight/weekend support role. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact. Your exceptional customer service skills, administrative expertise, and ability to work in a dynamic and team-based environment will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.

Responsibilities:

As our Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact
  • Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed
  • Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information
  • Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
  • Managing all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments
  • Managing all appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service
  • 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a language service provider or healthcare-related industry

  • Familiarity with web-based applications and software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with database management and data analysis
