Job Overview

As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, troubleshooting issues, developing product knowledge, and logging customer interactions. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
