Job Summary

Job Description

As an arenaflex Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries, concerns, and issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Providing product information and troubleshooting issues
  • Processing returns or refunds as needed
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
