Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to provide support and guidance.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary, and providing a resolution that meets the customer's needs.
  • Knowing our products inside and out, so you can answer questions and provide expert advice to our customers.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, to help us improve our services and processes.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary, to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, to help us identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them grow and develop in their roles.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
