Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Telemarketing Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat to provide exceptional service and support. You'll address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor. You'll also collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

As a live chat customer support agent, you'll handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, and your role will be critical in building trust and loyalty.

Contract Length and Rate

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Skills and Background Needed

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Have 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection

Hours and Location

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
