Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients over the phone, chat, and through ticketing systems, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Making outbound phone calls as needed to support client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining a quiet and secure work environment during working hours, adhering to arenaflex's standards for a productive and comfortable workspace.
  • Ensuring all technology and equipment meet the specified requirements for optimal performance, including:

+ Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted). + Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication. + High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed. + Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS). + Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed. + Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app.
