Desktop Support Technician (Level II)

Description Key Responsibilities: Field Technician (≈50%):

  • Desktop/L2-L3 support (Mostly Windows)
  • Imaging & device setup (Intune, Autopilot, some SCCM)
  • Supporting ~2000 end users globally Device Management / Engineering (≈50%):
  • Own and enhance devices
  • Build and optimize Autopilot deployments
  • Manage persona-based provisioning

Example: Automate access by role (finance, tax, hr, etc.) Implement new tools like NextThink and other technologies. Technical Focus:

  • Good Azure experience and familiarity with Azure networks & tools (Entra, Intune, Windows Autopilot)
  • Advanced Intune knowledge
  • Autopilot configuration (not just usage)
  • Endpoint automation and policy/compliance management
  • OS lifecycle & compliance
  • Windows updates, security standards Skills windows, Imaging, Desktop, intune, autopilot Top Skills Details windows,Imaging,Desktop,intune,autopilot Additional Skills & Qualifications Environment & Scale ~2,000+ End User ecosystem (Client's Electronics) Joining a global team of ~10 field techs Strong interpersonal skills (previous candidates failed here) Professional, polished presence (high-touch environment) Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paramus, NJ.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00

  • $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
