A Day in the Life We are seeking a Sales Program Manager to support Medtronic’s rapidly expanding Hard Tissue Capital portfolio, a critical growth engine for the ACEE Region. This role offers the opportunity to shape how capital systems are positioned, sold, and deployed across diverse markets. Candidates will join a team driving strategic execution behind a capital‑enabled growth model that is central to Medtronic’s long‑term commercial acceleration. This position operates in a highly collaborative environment and may require periodic travel to customer sites, regional meetings, and cross‑functional planning sessions. The role reports into the ACEE Capital Leader and works closely with marketing, T&E, and Regional Capital Leaders to ensure disciplined execution of the Pan‑Medtronic capital strategy. You will help optimize territory planning, streamline sales processes, and support the front‑end of the customer journey with precision and consistency. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Coordinate multi‑therapy capital sales processes to shorten cycle times and improve funnel conversion Support account targeting, upgrade pathways, and portfolio expansion initiatives across Hard Tissue Capital Partner with commercial teams to optimize territory planning and capital deployment strategies Provide structured program oversight to ensure consistent execution of capital sales activities Collaborate with market development teams to align capital placement with downstream utilization goals Track and report progress against capital revenue objectives and strategic milestones Required Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales, program management, or commercial operations Strong understanding of multi‑therapy sales environments, cross-selling ideally within medical technology Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and coordinate cross‑functional execution Proficiency in sales funnel management and forecasting tools Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to travel as required to support commercial teams Desirable: Experience with Medtronic Hard Tissue technologies, such as CST (Cranial & Spinal Technologies), which provide advanced surgical solutions for spine and cranial procedures.
